Derek, Walter, and Patty are looking over the contract.
P: We would never offer to renew our contract if we didn’t think we were the best agency for the job.
D: That’s good to hear.
W: So why are you hesitating?
D: To be honest, a new company offered us a better deal. They are new, but they seem to be motivated to help me with my business.
P: But can you rely on them?
